Return & Exchange (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. After 7 days, returns or exchanges are not accepted.


Damaged Items on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with clear photo/video proof. After verification, we will replace the item free of cost. Claims without timely proof may not be accepted.


Used or Opened Products

For hygiene reasons, used, opened, or tested products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch
  • Out-of-stock items after purchase
  • Verified delivery failure

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit.


Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for wrong items sent or damaged products (with proof). Exchanges depend on stock availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be covered by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
