Shipping Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan. Orders are shipped through PostEx and Pakistan Post Office, while in selected areas we may also use Leopards Courier Service for faster delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next working day.

• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Other areas: 3–7 working days
  Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or may vary based on location and weight of the parcel. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel through the courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. In some remote areas, advance payment may be required depending on courier policy.

Delays & Issues

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. Yu & Me Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies but we will fully assist you in tracking your order.
